We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. We were able to park easily and the transportation service was convenient. The location was perfect to explore the city. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was helpful, respectful and provided professional service.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the wash basin area. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. In addition, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Good location and friendly staff are the best aspects of this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provides a free breakfast. The hotel is located in a great area for exploring the city. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar that serves delicious food and drinks.

I did not like that there was no alarm for housekeeping and that I had to call reception to inform them to clean my room. , the elevator bell was very noisy and woke me up every time someone used it.

Great Service and Clean Room During my city break, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and key attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful and respectful, providing professional service at all times.

No Daily Room Cleaning One downside to my experience was that there was no alert for the housekeeping service, so I had to inform the reception desk whenever I needed my room to be cleaned. the elevator can be quite noisy, which may disrupt sleep for some guests.

My stay at the Iris Boutique Jazan was delightful. The hotel was clean, and the staff were respectful and helpful. I want to thank Mustafa, the Egyptian guy, and the wonderful Saudi lady who worked in the lobby in the morning. She had a great personality and provided excellent customer service. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this hotel.

the room was immaculate, and the bathroom was well, stocked with all the necessary amenities. the staff were helpful and attentive, especially the Egyptian guy Mustafa and the Saudi lady who worked in the lobby in the morning. Their customer service was professional and courteous. the facilities were top, notch, with a well, maintained elevator and clean surroundings. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices.
